Student Org Steps
Complete these steps to be recognized for the coming academic year! All steps are included here as links. See below for what steps must be completed by Wednesday, May 15th. Two additional steps will need to be completed between July 1st and September 6th.

President Steps:

Within 1 business day of your attendance at the Org Leaders Meeting you will be granted access to your org's new Connect2 portal which will allow you to complete the following step.
Portal Update on the new Connect2 Software System. This cannot be accessed/completed until the org's president has attended the Org Leaders Meeting.
Financial Officer (i.e. Treasurer) Steps - due by May 15th deadline:
For Student Org Recognition - two officers/members (President and Treasurer) must complete the Student Leader Certification. If the President is also in charge of the organization's finances, then a second officer (no matter their role) must be the second member to complete the Certification/form below!
Campus Advisor Steps - due by May 15th deadline:
All students organization on campus are required to have a University employee serve as an advisor. This form is to be filled out by that employee. For further details on eligibility to serve and requirements of the advisor, see the Student Organization Recognition Policy.
Club Sports Additional Step:
This report is part of the recognition process for club teams only. If you are an organization who does not report to the Office of Recreation Sports & Facilities, please do not complete this form.
