I'm thankful that I understood the value of the PLN very early in my career. It's changed over the years, but it's saved me multiple times. Wether it was with a great lesson idea or to keep me from quitting, my PLN has helped me not just stay in the profession, but flourish in it. Trust me. Developing your PLN will be ackward at first, but eventually, you'll find your grove. Stick with it.
