Developing a professional website is so good for the soul. Although at times it's frustrating and even a time soak, but it's a reflective process that requires you to pause, capture, and reflect on your learning. We get so caught up in the business of school that we don't pause, breath, and reflect nearly enough. I'm hoping your website gives you the opportunity to do that.

I'm employing the Engineering Design Process for my experience. Last year I arrived at the define step and quickly moved to the identify state -- I knew that a website is important and I could brainstorm various solutions. At the end of last year I selected my solution (Google Sites). Last spring, during Covid, I hit the prototype and this fall I landed at the test stage....and right now I've stubbed by toe at the iterate stage. This weekend I worked on my site...and here I sit. I did tweet out my site, and I'll share it with my students, but I'm not in any position to officially call this done. :-)
