6. What to bring with you?

Summer in Mostar is commonly very hot, while the autumn and winter can be reasonably cold, mostly windy, and exceptionally rainy. Therefore it is recommended to bring clothes suitable for the range of weather conditions. Some other recommended items include:

• a swimsuit

• bath towels

• clothes for formal occasions

• a national costume (in case you have one) + flags, traditional crafts, and other items that can be used for cultural presentations

• a backpack

• hiking boots (very recommended in case you are into hiking)

• ski pants (skis, ski boots, and helmets are provided by the school, and ski trips are organized by the College)

• laptop

Don’t forget to bring some personal items such as photos, posters, or books; anything that can make your room feel more like home will be of great help while adjusting to life at UWC Mostar.

 Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided by the College. 

All of the residences have multiple washing machines and dryers, as students will be responsible for their laundry.
