We are looking forward to seeing you this August and would like to arrange for someone to meet you at the airport or bus station. To help us plan, please send us the details of your travel itinerary, specifically when and where you will arrive. If you would like our assistance, please email us your travel plans as soon as they are confirmed.
Please note that we are able to organize transportation for students only, not for accompanying family members.

IMPORTANT NOTES
If you are from a country that requires an entry visa to BiH, we recommend not purchasing flight tickets until you receive your entry visa. If you need to buy tickets in advance, please choose flexible tickets.
Please also be aware of transit visa requirements and make sure you are allowed to transit through any country on your route before booking your flight.
We recommend that the students who are on a visa regime travel via Istanbul. Transit through EU countries usually requires a transit visa. This applies to your entire study period. If you are unsure or have questions, contact us before booking your flights.
Students on a full all-inclusive scholarship do not need to book their own tickets. Flights will be arranged by the school, and you should wait to be contacted by us with the instructions.
ALL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS: When planning your winter holidays or other breaks, we recommend that you do not purchase flight tickets until you have received your residence permit in Bosnia and Herzegovina. If you need to buy tickets in advance, please make sure to choose flexible fares. The College cannot influence the duration of the residence permit process.
If you are unsure or have questions, please contact us before booking your tickets.
UWC Mostar has a collaboration with Croatia Airlines and Air Serbia for direct flights to Mostar from Zagreb and Belgrade. Through this collaboration, we can offer a discount of 15% for a ticket from Zagreb-Mostar, and a 6% discount for a ticket from Belgrade-Mostar. If you are interested, please send us an email and we will respond with information on how to use the discount.
If you have any outstanding questions or queries, please contact the Admissions Coordinator at admissions.coordinator@uwcmostar.ba
