Dentistry students who wish to terminate their studies should inform the faculty office who will then provide them with a form to complete in which they record the following:
their details
reasons for termination
This process does not go through the higher degrees committee as it remains an administrative process. However, the form is submitted to the faculty office to be sent on to student administration.
