After crafting our personas, we created a journey map for Sophia to explore her experience during a stressful time at school. This map helped us understand her pain points, emotions, and needs, ensuring our design addressed real challenges. It built on our earlier research findings by visualizing a key user’s struggles in context, allowing us to identify moments where our app could provide meaningful support. This process guided our next steps by shaping feature decisions and ensuring our technology seamlessly integrates into her daily life when she needs it most.
