Resilience is the composition of outcome, process, personality, ability. It plays a big role in the ability to cope effectively and have a stronger ground during the stress or different types of adversity. Each trait contributes to a person’s arsenal of coping mechanisms.

For example, a person with prior experiences with PTSD can easily handle future PTSD experiences.
