Madeleine has worked in enterprise software support for ten years. She began at Epic, supporting database servers for medical records, and helped launch Epic’s hosting service. She had been at Google the last six years and currently works on Gmail, specializing in spam and delivery. She works closely with Google’s largest customers and has done development on internal tools.
