In this course, I learned how to design a research or program evaluation plan that aligns with my DNP Scholarly Project aims, including selecting appropriate data collection and extraction methods. I gained experience performing descriptive, inferential, and qualitative data analyses, which strengthened my ability to interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions. I also explored the ethical considerations that can arise during research and evaluation, reinforcing the importance of protecting participants, maintaining integrity, and ensuring findings are used to guide evidence-based improvements.
