This course helped me clarify my clinical leadership goals and solidify the direction of my DNP project. Through my practicum experience and mentorship, I was able to refine my focus on faculty development and begin aligning meaningful strategies to promote change and improve outcomes in nursing education. I learned how to connect evidence-based approaches—like quality improvement and program evaluation—with my area of interest, and gained practical experience planning the foundational components of my project, including the framework, data collection methods, and implementation timeline. This course gave me the structure and confidence to move forward with purpose.
