Keiko Meshida, PhD

Anatomy Instructor

Dr. Meshida received a PhD in anatomy from Howard University in Washington DC. She teaches human gross and neuro anatomy to the 1st and 2nd year medical students and graduate school of nursing students. Her research interests include the development of vertebrate orbit, anastomosis of cranial nerves, anatomical variations in human and other mammals. The recent awards she has received are the Superior performance award (2022) and Exceptional performance award (2022) both from Henry M Jackson Foundation in accordance with her leadership in the Surgery department.
