Paiement des frais d’inscription avant le 30 septembre 2024 (inclus) :

sans hébergement : 200 €
avec hébergement (4 nuitées max) dans hôtel 4* (équivalent 3* en Europe) : 400 €
professionnels égyptiens résidents en Egypte (sans hébergement, ni dîner de Gala) : gratuité
étudiants égyptiens (sans hébergement, ni dîner de Gala) : gratuité

Les tarifs comprennent :

les pauses café et déjeuner, le dîner de gala et le transport Le Caire – Alexandrie AR.
frais de participation au dîner de gala pour accompagnant(e) : 30 €
surcoût d'hébergement pour une personne supplémentaire dans votre chambre à la charge de l'intéressé

Étudiants :

étudiants égyptiens résidents : gratuité
autres étudiants : pas de tarifs réduits mais possibilité d’hébergement dans des hôtels bon marché (prendre dans ce cas une inscription sans hébergement). Nous pouvons conseiller des adresses et transmettre les tarifs. Dans ce cas, merci de prendre contact avec nous.

Fees include:

gala dinner fee for accompanying person: 30 €
additional cost of accommodation for an additional person in your room at the expense of the person concerned

Students:

resident Egyptian students: free
other students: no reduced rates but possibility of accommodation in cheap hotels (in this case take a registration without accommodation). We can advise addresses and send rates. In this case, please contact us.

Conditions d'annulation / Conditions of cancelation

Toute demande d’annulation devra être faite par courriel au secrétariat du colloque.

Jusqu’au 05 octobre 2024, le remboursement des frais d’inscription sera effectué après le congrès avec une retenue de 50 € pour frais de gestion.
A partir du 22 octobre 2024, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

Any request for cancellation must be made by email to the secretariat of the conference.

Until october 05, 2024, the refund of registration fees will be made after the congress with a deduction of € 50 for management fees.
From october 22, 2024, no refund will be made.
