Student Support Teams

Every LHS student is part of a "Student Support Team" (SST). Each team has an Administrator, Counselor, General Education Social Worker, and WRAP Therapist. If you need to speak with your SST, please contact the people below based on the first letter of the student's last name. Each SST meets weekly to collaborate.
