We're here for you!

Whether you need resources for you and your family, are worried about a friend, or simply need someone to talk to, a member of the Mental Health Team can help. No matter what you're experiencing, we are here for you. We are located in Student Services (underneath the staircase at the front of the building). Come see us!

Please note: The Mental Health Team is available from 7:45am - 3:45pm on days when school is in session. Should you need assistance after hours or on days when school is not in session, please use the numbers below.
