Whether you need resources for your family, are worried about a friend, or simply need someone to talk to, a member of the Mental Health Team can help. No matter what you're experiencing, we are here for you. We are located in Student Services (underneath the staircase at the front of the building). Come see us!

Please note: The Mental Health Team is available from 7:45am - 3:45pm on days when school is in session. Should you need assistance after hours or on days when school is not in session, please use the numbers below.

No matter what problems you are dealing with, we want to help you find a reason to keep living. By calling, you’ll be connected to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center in your area, anytime 24/7.

Headquarters Counseling Center

Free 24/7 counseling and referrals to other services for any personal concern. Individuals needing help but who are unsure where to begin are encouraged to contact the center. Suicide prevention and bereavement support also available.

The Bert Nash Center provides emergency services 24-hours a day, 7 days a week to people of all ages in Douglas County. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or contact our 24 hour phone line at 785-843-9192.
