This challenge can be completed during any month of the year - your choice! However, to stay consistent and get full credit, you must:
Start on the 1st day of the month
Finish by the end of the same month
Submit your completed tracker form by the end of the month

*If you choose a challenge that is structured for 4 weeks and the month has 5 weeks, you only need to complete the required 4 weeks to fulfill the challenge.
