We're excited to announce a fresh and flexible approach to our Health & Wellness Monthly Challenges!
What's New?
Each month, there will still be a challenge focus; however, you no longer have to complete a specific challenge in its focused month. Instead, you can choose any challenge to complete during any month - as long as you begin on the first day and end on the last day of that month.
📅 Example: We will highlight the Steps Challenge in October, but you want to try the Steps Challenge in August instead of October? Go for it! Just start on August 1st and finish by August 31st.
🎯 You’ll still need to submit your challenge form by the end of the month you started, but now your options are wide open!! Choose what fits your goals best, anytime throughout the year!! 💪
