This challenge can be completed during any month of the year - your choice! However, to stay consistent and get full credit, you must:
Start on the 1st day of the month
Finish by the end of the same month
Submit your completed tracker form by the end of the month

*If you choose a challenge that is structured for 4 weeks and the month has 5 weeks, you only need to complete the required 4 weeks to fulfill the challenge.

(Example: a consistent 30 min/day, 5x/week OR 60 min/day, 2x/week and 30 min/day, 1x/week. Whatever works for your schedule as long as you get a total of 150 minutes).
Requirements:
Identify a SMART nutrition goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound)
Track cardio minutes for the full month
Reflect on your SMART goal progress in the tracker
