Enough care should be made in packing actual works, especially sculpture or objects. But applicants must also take into consideration the ease of unpacking and repacking their submissions, i.e. works must be easily taken out from and returned to their packaging without using excessive packing materials,
The CFA Department of Studio Arts is not responsible for any damage caused by the handling of the courier, nor when packing materials become obnoxious that it affects the evaluation process negatively. Photos will be taken of the work once it is accepted and unpacked.
Applicants must use A4 sized papers for all document requirements stated in this page.
All submissions must contain the UP CFA Undergraduate Program Admissions 2025 control number of the applicant.

Applicants will be emailed the results of the portfolio evaluation regardless if they were selected to move on to the next part of the admissions process or not. Those who are moving on will be notified of the onsite talent determination test and interview schedule.
