New student admissions

All applicants to all degree programs are required to submit a portfolio of works. It is submitted in a packet, and the guidelines of submission can be found here.

Additional specific requirements submitted through the UP CFA Undergraduate Program Admissions online application form for applicants with the following status are:

• UPCAT Diliman Qualifiers

  • • 2026 UPCAT Acceptance Notice
      (If this is still unavailable at the time of application, submit a copy of your 2026 UPCAT test permit)

    • Copy of Grade 12 Report Card
      (1st quarter to 3rd quarter, 1st sem or 1st sem - 2nd sem, or MidTerm grades)
      or Certified True Copy of Grades

    • PSA Birth Certificate (NSO Birth Certificate will not be accepted)

    • Notarized Affidavit of Non-enrollment
      (to applicants who already graduated and did not enroll in another university or do not have any college units prior to application)

    • 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag on the lower part of the photo (no selfies) 

• Shiftees within UPCFA and within UP Diliman:

  • • Certification of GWA

    • Certified True Copy of Grades

    • 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag on the lower part of the photo (no selfies)

• Transferee from other UP units:

  • • Certified True Copy of Grades

    • Certificate of Good Moral Character

    • PSA Birth Certificate (NSO Birth Certificate will not be accepted)

    • Notarized Affidavit of Non-enrollment
      (to applicants who did not enroll or do not have any college units a year prior to application)

    • 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag on the lower part of the photo (no selfies)

• Transferee from other schools: 

  • • Official Transcript of Records (for evaluation purposes only)

    • PSA Birth Certificate (NSO Birth Certificate will not be accepted)

    • Notarized Affidavit of Non-enrollment
      (to applicants who did not enroll or do not have any college units a year prior to application)

    • 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag on the lower part of the photo (no selfies)

• Bachelors degree graduates as second degree applicants:

  • • Proof of application fee payment

    • Official Transcript of Records

    • PSA Birth Certificate (NSO Birth Certificate will not be accepted)

    • Certificate of Employment, if employed

    • 2 x 2 ID picture with name tag on the lower part of the photo (no selfies)
