A total of 18 papers were accepted for oral presentation by the Screening Committee. Blind-review and screening was done by a panel of 10 reviewers. The criteria for evaluation were the following: (1) Adherence to the theme, (2) Quality, (3) Significance, (4) Content, and (5) Adherence to submission criteria.
On the other hand, 23 papers have been accepted for poster presentation. Fifteen of those accepted is on Theme 1 (Status of Academe-Based and Private Natural History Museums and Collections). Two were accepted for Theme 2 (Best Practices on Collections Management in the Philippine Setting), while 6 were accepted for Theme 3 (Understanding Natural History Museum and Public Interaction).
