The Crocodylus Porosus Philippines, Inc. is a duly registered non-stock, non-profit organization of six (6) legitimate commercial crocodile breeding farms in the Philippines organized in October 2000. CPPI associated member farms are the leading beneficiaries of the Philippine government CITES registered facility for the use of Crocodylus porosus in closed-cycle breeding program. This strengthens ties between member farms in order to develop crocodile farming industry, promote crocodile conservation management, and public awareness of indigenous & local communities in the Philippines.

Cleanergy Center is a 650-square meter facility located in the Admin Compound of MakBan Geothermal Power Plant in Brgy. Bitin, Bay, Laguna. It is focused on environmental awareness and energy education through the use of audio visual presentations, interactive displays, and a tour of a working geothermal power plant. The Cleanergy Center is open to the public for free from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. everyday except weekends. Guided tours to the center and to the geothermal power plant may be arranged, but prior bookings are needed before anyone can visit the center.
