Through CHI Psychiatric Associates
Requirements/Eligibility: For individuals experiencing psychiatric distress but not requiring 24-hour supervision and who are able to function independently and participate actively in the program.
About: The Partial Hospitalization Program provides respectful and compassionate crisis stabilization through daily, intensive programming. Each patient referred is screened to determine the appropriateness of Partial Hospital or Intensive Outpatient care. Upon admission, patients and staff members together develop an individual treatment plan. Patients are treated with an interdisciplinary approach.
When the patient has met treatment goals and no longer needs the Partial or Intensive outpatient level of care, follow-up outpatient care will be arranged.

Description: Offers three hours of intensive group-based substance use treatment, three times per week depending on the clients need. Treatment is tailored to the needs of the client.

Omaha Treatment Center (Methadone/ Opioid Addiction Services)

About:
Omaha Treatment Center, you can expect the highest level of care and respect. We realize that you are seeking our assistance in recovering from opioid dependency, and we tailor a treatment program to both meet your goals, and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations. You will start treatment by coming to the Center every day for medication, except Sunday when you will receive a take home medication dose.
As you progress in treatment, you will receive additional take home medications and be required to come to the Center on a less frequent basis. You must participate in regularly scheduled counseling sessions and participate in random urine drug screening as required by federal regulations. Treatment services are outlined in an individualized treatment plan, and updated every 90 days. You are an active participant in the development of your treatment plan.

Description: No wait list for services. The Salvation Army Substance Abuse Treatment Center is an alcohol and drug rehab center for men. Built on spiritual motivation and includes spiritual development, work therapy, health and education, social and leisure-time activities, individual and group therapy, living arrangements, and general environment.

About: A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility, the Lasting Hope Recovery Center uses a Trauma Informed Care model to provide for the immediate needs of those in crisis. The center follows a multi-occurring treatment model, meaning that patients with a mental illness and a substance abuse diagnosis will have both addressed within their treatment plan. The center also incorporates evidence-based practices, such as Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Peer Support Specialists.
