Faculty of Agriculture received 5ac paddy land from Ramanathan Trust under long-term free lease and FB decided to monitor the land by OC to carryout Outreach program as “Frontline Outreach demonstration, seed production, and Research unit of Faculty of Agriculture". It has been decided to cultivate "Attakkari" rice cultivar in the 2024 Yala and 2024 maha seasons as profit-oriented cultivation to generate money for the future activities of the OC at the special OC meeting held on 27.03.2027 at 9.00 am.
