Introduction

The outreach committee (OC) is a sub-committee of the Faculty Board of the Faculty of Agriculture, responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and promoting the faculty outreach activities. 

The Main Objectives of the outreach committee are

1. Education and Training: Workshops, Seminars, awareness programs, Short training or certificate courses, 

2. Research and Innovation: Agri-Tech [Farmer-Industry-Academia Collaborations] 

3. Technology Transfer and Agribusiness: Research dissemination, Technical demonstrations of innovations, Commercialization of Agri-products

TOR of the OC has been approved at the faculty board of Agriculture ant its 236th meeting held on Nov 15,2023, and 480th Senate meeting held on 30th of January 2024.
