The purpose of this site is to facilitate learning and finding what has been implemented in the new CBA 2026.

The *only* information on this site are contractual provisions that are new changes - as they are implemented. 

Until a provision of the CBA 2026 is implemented, Flight Attendants will continue operating under the provisions of the JCBA.

Letter of Agreement (LOA) #9  outlines the role of the Joint Implementation Committee and the included Appendix A lists what is implemented Date of Signing (DOS) May 31, 2026. Appendix B lists what is implemented DOS+.
