Effective DOS (June 2026 bid month)

This Agreement shall become effective on May 31, 2026, and shall continue in full force and effect through and including May 31, 2031, on which date this Agreement shall renew itself in its entirety and on each succeeding May 31st thereafter, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Title 1, Section 6 of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by either party hereto at least thirty (30) but not more than three hundred and sixty five (365) days prior to May 31st, 2031, or any year thereafter. The parties shall commence direct negotiations with respect to such notice no later than thirty (30) days following the delivery of such notice.
