22.C.1.   [Personnel Files- Written Compliment]

When the Company receives a written compliment, if the person writing the compliment is reporting firsthand experience, and the Flight Attendant who is the subject of the compliment is clearly identified, the Company will notify them  and place the written compliment in their personnel file.
