YELLOW BUS SERVICE START DATES
Yellow bus service will begin on Monday, September 18, 2023 for eligible J1 - J4 students. JA students whose older siblings ride the bus may also begin to use bus service to and from school beginning on Wednesday, September 20. All other JA students (without older siblings) may begin to ride the bus on Monday, September 25. Bus service is not available for PreK students.

In order to help you get organized for the school year, you will find valuable information in the Getting Ready section and a supply list for your child's grade. We encourage you to spend time reviewing this information.
VERACROSS PARENT PORTAL
Access to the UNIS Parent Portal becomes available to new families after you receive an email from our Technology Department confirming that the Portal is open to you and giving you your family login information and a temporary password (you can reach them for support by email at veracross@unis.org).
ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL
Our age appropriate Junior School Arrival and Dismissal Protocols are designed, first, to support out students’ safety and maximize their learning times while supporting their independence. Junior School families use SchoolPass to relay daily dismissal plans. In Arrival and Dismissal you will find detailed instructions for setting up your family SchoolPass account, as well as the UNIS protocols and expectations.

Please sign up for yellow bus service in Transportation if eligible, and our After School and Care Programs, and Athletics Program as needed. Meal Plan information can be found under MORE above.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION UNIFORMS
Physical Education uniforms and other UNIS-branded clothing and supplies are available on the Land’s End website www.landsend.com in “School” (UNIS Preferred School Number 900077660).
