In 2023-24 the Junior School will offer a comprehensive School Meal Plan for our students from J1 to J4. This service provides balanced, nutritious meals to support our students’ learning and development. More information on how to register for the meal plan is provided below. Note that Meal Plans are 100% optional.
For the upcoming school year, after comprehensive review and collaboration with our food service team and parent representatives, we are implementing a shift in policy for our Pre-K and JA students regarding the School Meal Plan. It will now commence from Grade 1 onwards. For our Pre-K and JA students, we request that families provide a lunch for their children from home.
This decision stems from our experience over the past three years when the meal plan was made available to our JA students. We observed that a number of students were not consuming adequate amounts of food from the meal plan and often found them sensitive to peers who were eating lunch prepared at home. We believe this adjustment will contribute positively to the well-being of all of our youngest learners, fostering healthier eating habits and allowing families to ensure that their growing child has a meal tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
Note that this shift is a return to the school’s earlier policy and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are committed to continually creating a conducive learning environment that prioritizes student health and happiness.
Pricing for the 2023-24 school year will be announced during the summer.

Obtaining a parent account will give you 24/7 access to information such as the balance in your student’s meal plan account and a record of what they have purchased in the cafeteria.
For parents using declining balance, you can set up low balance alerts and auto payments
There is a 3% convenience fee for any payment processed thru mypaymentsplus.com
Log In to www.mypaymentsplus.com.
Create a new account or log on to your account.
Click on activities.
Choose your meal plan or add declining balance funds.
Make payment.
Enroll online at My Payments Plus (optional)
Follow the instructions above.
By regular mail/in person - Dates for in person enrollment will be announced in the summer.
You can fill out the form below and either mail it or bring it into the cafeteria with your payment. (cash or check accepted in person).
Go to www.MyPaymentsPlus.com and click on create a free account.
Step 1: Add your student/patron to the account.
Select your state and school/school district from the dropdowns.
Next, please select "I have a student enrolled or I am a staff member of this district."
Enter your child's Student Veracross ID number and last name
Student ID numbers may be obtained by looking at the back of the school ID card or by logging in to your school Veracross account.
If your child's last name has a suffix, please keep this in mind when entering the last name.Ex. "Smith Jr." "Smith IV" "Smith-Arnold"
Select: 'Next'
If you wish to add another student, repeat step 1.
Step 2: Create your profile.
Enter your name, address, and phone number.
Enter an active e-mail address.
Make sure the address is correct address so that you can receive e-mail reminders, username/password information, and payment confirmations.
Step 3: Create your sign-in.
Choose a "Username" that will be easy for you to remember.
Enter a 7-20 character password.
Keep in mind that your password is case-sensitive. (1 number and 1 letter required).
Enter a password hint to help you remember your password.
Select: 'Next'
Step 4: Confirm your profile.
Verify that all information you entered is correct.
If you need to change any of the information, you can click on the Edit link next to each section title.
Select: "Finish Registration"
Step 5: Your registration is complete!
Sign in by entering the username/password you created in "Step 1".
Log into www.MyPaymentsPlus.com.
Each of the customized settings has a button pertaining to that setting
By clicking either the Low-Balance Notifications button or the Auto-Pay button, you will then enter the dollar amount that you want to outline as the “lowest amount” your student account will hit before a low-balance e-mail notification or auto-payment is processed.
4. Be sure to click “Save Changes” when you are finished.
Click “Forgot username or password?” and enter your email address in the location provided for a link to be sent to that email. (Please note: you must use the email you registered with).
