I received a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy) in January 2016.

From April 2022 I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Brain and Behavioral Sciences, University of Pavia (Italy).

In the last few years, my research activity led me to join different research groups abroad (for a graphical bio in space and time see below):

- the Cognitive Neuropsychology Lab of Ben-Gurion University (Israel);

- the Zurich Center for Integrative Human Physiology (Switzerland); 

- the Centre for Brain and Cognitive Development of Birkbeck University (UK);

- the Department of Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence of Tilburg University (Netherlands).
