TRUST is key – never do anything that could lessen the trust the guests have in you or the winery
It’s OK to say “I don’t know” – but find an answer and get back to the guest if necessary
Pay attention to your pronunciation
Make your presentation multi-sensory when possible
Remember the guest is here to have an enjoyable and fun experience
Laughter and playfulness are important traits
How you say something can be as equally as important as what you say
