F.3.3.1  Definition
Any tubing which does NOT meet F.3.2.1.o Other Structural Tubing

F.3.3.2  Applicability
Non Structural Tubing is ignored when assessing compliance to any rule 

Explanation

Tubing may be on the chassis but considered non structural if it does not meet the Other Tubing requirements at the bottom of the F.3.2.1 tubing chart. Non structural tube may be appropriate for applications that involve mounting components on the outside of the chassis.
