Institutional Planning and Development

G.1 There is a person responsible for institutional planning.

G.2 The plans address themselves to all aspects of the institution and are directed towards the realization of its purposes and objectives.

G.3 The plans seek to meet national, regional and local goals and needs.

G.4 There is an appropriate allocation of resources to insure the realization of the institution’s planning objectives.

G.5 All entities in the academic community, i.e. faculty, staff, administration and students participate in the planning process

G.6 Plans are disseminated to the different sectors of the academic community 

G.7 The institution has provisions for long-term and short-term planning 

G.8 The development plans  include mechanism and procedures for regular updating and reviews
