Be REAL ID ready by May 7, 2025

REAL ID is a law, not a piece of ID. The REAL ID Act has established new standards for state-issued driver licenses and ID cards.

REAL ID Compliant IDs:

Starting May 7, 2025, you’ll need a REAL ID-compliant state-issued driver licenses/ID card or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States. If you always fly with your U.S. passport, you are set! If you fly primarily with your state-issued driver licenses/ID card it will now need to be REAL ID compliant – visit your local DMV for more information.

Fly with an Acceptable ID:

U.S. passport
Transportation worker identification credential (TWIC)
DHS trusted traveler cards (Global Entry, NEXUS, SENTRI, FAST)
State-issued Enhanced Driver's License/ID card – look for the gold star

REQUIREMENTS via Paylocity Onboarding

- Sign offer letter electronically
- Acknowledge the Marine Employee Handbook, Dispute Agreement and Crew Travel Policy
- Complete Pre-Employment/Season DOT Drug Test
- Upload Certificates and Licenses
- Complete Anderson-Kelly Medical requirement
- Safari Voyager Crew Only: Marine Physical and St. Kitts and Nevis Credentials

GENERAL

- Complete Crew Information Forms:
  - - Winter '25-'26 - Uniform Request and Crew Dietary Needs and Food Allergies (only if you have restrictions or allergies)
- Review the Packing List
- Complete Crew Bios for the UnCruise website.
- New Hires - There is a lot of information as a new employee, HERE is a consolidated list of frequently asked questions or notable items. This document is a brief overview of larger documents with more information.

DOWNLOAD COMPANY APPS

- Ramp
  - - Employee reimbursement
- Navan
  - - Booking flights to and from the vessel
- Paylocity (Payroll, Benefits, etc.) | Company ID: 332502
  - - Prior to your start date, you will receive an email with a passcode and link to create an account.
      - Add your direct deposit information and two emergency contacts.
    - The Paylocity homepage is your resource once employed. It has links for info on: state taxes & exemptions / benefits / handbook & policies / EAP / payroll schedules and more. You can also register for benefits and find W2/W4 access, etc.
    - Certifications, credentials, and licenses tracking
    - All features can be accessed by logging into the Paylocity website, mobile app can have limitations. Timesheets and pay statements can also be accessed with the mobile app.

Don't forget ... on your first day:

- - Bring acceptable I-9 documentation (passport is preferred) to complete your Form I-9. This is completed on your first day with your onboard manager to show proof of US work eligibility.
