The vessels are regulated by the United States Coast Guard (USCG); vessel employees must comply with the below hiring steps by the required deadlines. If your start date is less than a week away, complete all the below immediately.
OBOARDING REQUIREMENTS
Sign offer letter electronically via Vairkko (company ID: 902) or Verification of Job Acceptance link
Acknowledge the Marine Employee Handbook, Dispute Agreement, and the Crew Travel Policy.
Complete Pre-Employment/Season Drug Test
Upload Certifications and Licenses
Complete Anderson-Kelly Medical requirement
Complete Crew Information Forms:
Summer '24 - Crew Uniform Sizing Form and Crew Dietary Needs and Food Allergies (only if you have restrictions or allergies)
Winter '23-'24 Crew Uniform Sizing Form and Crew Dietary Needs and Food Allergies (only if you have restrictions or allergies)

ADP Workforce Now
You will be able to log into ADP Workforce Now to set up your direct deposit within 2-5 days of your start date and once you receive an autogenerated email from ADP - ADP Registration. Otherwise, you can complete this on your first day, bring your banking information (Account Number and Routing Number) to set up direct deposit.
The ADP homepage is your resource once employed. It has links for info on: state taxes & exemptions / benefits / handbook & policies / EAP / payroll schedules and more. You can also register for benefits and find W2/W4 access, etc.
All features can be accessed by logging into the ADP website. Timecards and pay statements can also be accessed with the ADP mobile app.
Don't Forget!.. on your first day:
Bring acceptable I-9 documentation (passport is preferred) to complete your Form I-9. This is completed on your first day with your onboard manager to show proof of US work eligibility.
