Tuition Reimbursement

The Marine Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program is designed to encourage and support returning crew in building skills, improving their qualifications, and growing within the company. Through this program, UnCruise Adventures will reimburse eligible crew up to a certain amount of the costs associated with taking approved courses.

6/16/2025: Please note for the above program year, the allotted reimbursable amount per job title has been adjusted. This adjustment was based on review over the last three years of Tuition Reimbursement reports. This will continue to be reviewed and may adjust (increase or decrease) based on the reports.

Do not submit Tuition Reimbursement through Ramp or via email.
