Welcome! You are a pivotal piece to the fleet in delivering an enriching adventure travel experience that inspires an appreciation of local cultures and the natural world. Office team members work in marketing, sales, finance, accounting, payroll, IT, HR, and Operations. This behind-the-scenes support is vital to the company’s growth, sustainability, and future.
Office personnel typically work at the UnCruise Adventures main office, located at Fishermen’s Terminal. To promote sustainability and best use the office space we currently occupy some employees work in remote (Seattle / non-Seattle) locations, as is reasonable in their roles. The UCA office address is 3826 18th Avenue W, Seattle WA 98119.
ON YOUR FIRST DAY
Bring acceptable I-9 documentation (passport is preferred) to complete your Form I-9.
You will be able to log into ADP Workforce Now to set up your direct deposit within 2-5 days of your start date and once you receive an autogenerated email from ADP - ADP Registration. Otherwise, you can complete this on your first day, bring your banking information (Account Number and Routing Number) to set up direct deposit.
If you have professional or maritime licenses, certifications, or credentials, bring those so we can ensure the company has a copy for your employee file.
Your manager will provide additional information as appropriate concerning your first day of work.
Health care benefits, Eco-Commute Policy, cell phone reimbursement policy, and ADP/Payroll resources can be accessed in ADP Workforce Now.
