Pre-Employment Drug Test
The below information is for drug tests taken prior to your season starting
Your employment with UnCruise is contingent upon meeting the DOT pre-employment drug testing requirement. Complete this at least 3 weeks prior to your start date (or immediately if your start date is within 3 weeks) or before your electronic Chain of Custody Form (eCCF) expires. This must be complete before getting on board. There are three options:
Complete and successfully pass a federal DOT drug test (details below).
OR provide documentation to HR@uncruise.com verifying that you have been enrolled in a USCG-approved random drug test program for at least 60 of the last 185 days.
OR supply verified negative drug test results from within the last 6 months to HR@uncruise.com.
>> Current UnCruise Crew - if you have sailed at least 60 of the last 185 days on a DOT vessel (the SVO doesn't count) with UnCruise prior to your upcoming season's start date; you are exempt and no action is required.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although marijuana is legal in some states, the vessels are federally regulated by the United States Coast Guard. All crew members must pass a pre-employment drug test and will also be part of a random drug testing pool throughout the season. Failure to pass a drug test is cause for immediate termination.
