GME DEI Advisory Group

During this virtual recruitment season, we are offering prospective trainees an opportunity to spend time with current residents and fellows in small groups discussing topics like workplace environments for those who are underrepresented in medicine, what it’s like to move to Minnesota for International Medical Graduates, and more. It’s a great way for applicants to ask candid questions and get a preview of a support network at the University of Minnesota.
