Building on our themes of information literacy and academic integrity, we are compiling key research on attribution, citation, text borrowing, and plagiarism to help faculty and instructors better understand the complexities of documenting evidence in an era of advanced information technology and Generative AI.
Each meeting will address different research questions and core topics, and can be attended individually or in sequence as a series. Each session will include discussion of suggested readings, but reading is not required (no guilt or apologies needed)!
The reading group will meet monthly on Friday mornings (9 a.m.) for the fall semester via Zoom.Â
Facilitated by Dan Emery and Jessa Wood, Assistant Directors, Writing Across the Curriculum.
Audience: Systemwide
Format: Remote meetings via Zoom
