  • All clinical observer requests must be processed by Fairview.

• Fairview policy requires observers to be at least 16 years of age. Department of Pediatrics best practice is that observers are at least 18 years of age. 

• All academic (i.e. labs) observer requests should be sent to Pediatrics HR contact pedshr@umn.edu.
