Complete the Horse ID Worksheet,
- Coggins test report required from vet.
- Complete and upload the form to 4HOnline. (PDF or image file accepted)
- Refer to this user guide for assistance
If your animal is leased, you must upload a Minnesota 4-H Lease Information Form into 4-H Online by May 15, 2023 with 4-H Online ID information.

Starting Sunday, May 1st, register your 4-H project(s) in FairEntry (hennepin-mn.fairentry.com)

4-H'ers can enter their classes that they will participate in at the Hennepin County 4-H Horse Show, such as:

- English Equitation
- English Pleasure
- Western Horsemanship
- Western Pleasure
- SO MUCH MORE!
