Unit Structure

Summit Pointe Floor 1

3,340 SF Retail & 1B1B Units (3)

Summit Pointe Floor 2 and 3

16 Studio Apartments (Mix of Affordable and Market Rate)

Site Plan (Floors 1-3)

Summit Pointe, as seen above, will feature three 1B1B units on the first floor along with the retail space. These two will be separated in order to provide more peace and quiet for the residents, but the retail will act as a draw for residents to have quick and easy access to a restaurant rather than having to travel. The second and third floors each have 8 studio apartments, designed to fit two individuals with comfort averaging around 600 SF per unit. The affordable units will all be studio apartments, but the affordable units will be mixed in with the market rate to create an equitable community

In terms of sustainability factors, the Floor 1 design showcases the Geothermal heating unit on the south side of the property, providing clean HVAC access to the entire property. Additionally, the bike charging station is positioned on the North West side of the property in order to promote usage by travelers along the Treeline Trail.

Site Plan (Site and Roof Overview)

Split into two different parcels, Summit Pointe will be located on the northern side of 721 N Main Rd directly along the proposed Treeline Trail. The building will be three stories tall and will feature three 6ft by 10ft VAWTs on the northernmost roof, as seen above. The VAWTs will be complemented by Monocrystalline Solar Panels on the south side of the roof, which, when paired with the HVAC units, will provide clean energy for the entire property.
