The proposed 19-unit development will feature geothermal heating, state-of-the-art residential VWAT wind turbines, and solar panels to create a green building model at an affordable cost to residents. Additionally, Summit Pointe will feature a 3,000sf retail location on the first floor, tailored towards a café or a small restaurant. Catering towards workforce housing, specifically individuals who make 60% of Ann Arbor AMI, this development blends sustainability, affordability, and quality of life to create an ideal development for Ann Arbor.
