Adrian A. Nomi is a second-year Master’s student in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan, where he conducts research at the LATTICE Laboratory. His work focuses on arrival trajectory optimization and communication, navigation, and surveillance (CNS) improvements in the North Pacific (NOPAC) region. Originally from India, Adrian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering from the University of Tsukuba. He has a long-standing passion for aviation and aeronautics, alongside a growing interest in the diverse sub-disciplines that extend beyond traditional airliner operations.
Outside of his academic work, Adrian enjoys flight simulation, cooking, driving, traveling to new destinations, playing basketball and meeting new people.
