Introduction to Great Lakes & R

An introductory workshop to the Great Lakes computing cluster at UofM, followed by an introduction to coding R. The goal of this workshop is to build fundamental skills that will aid in future workshops focusing on the analysis single-cell RNA-sequencing among other biological assays.
