The Kellogg Eye Center (KEC) Bioinformatics Core seeks to enable researchers to access and analyze -omics and large biological data sets, to better answer their biological questions. 

Functions of the core include consulting researchers in bioinformatics analysis, training staff and trainees in bioinformatics, pipeline development, building internal and external eye-specific bioinformatic references.
