Add the First Name, Last Name, and email address for the account.
Is Manager: For Institution Managers, make sure this box is checked.

While you can filter by any level on this page, you can only add Institution Manager accounts.
To add other account types, go to Setup > Accounts within a course coach.
What the levels mean
What the levels mean
ECoach Admin: Can add and edit content, add accounts, download data, and access all pages across all ECoach institutions.
Institution Manager: Can add and edit content, add accounts, download data, and access all pages in a single institution and all coaches in that institution.
Student: Can access the student homepage at the institution level and the student view of the coaches they're enrolled in.
Active in ECoach: Limits your list to users (students or admins) who have active accounts in ECoach.
Institution Data Steward: Has direct view access to the data in selected database tables. This level is typically granted to only a few people at each institution.
