The Yard Theatre is a fringe theatre company in Hackney Wick, London, UK. My position at the company was facilitated by Boston University and EUSA, their subsidiary company that arranges internships in their study abroad program. Within my role as development intern, I researched and compiled lists of prospective donors within the UK to fulfill the Yard’s financial needs. Curated and organized over 300 invitee’s data for upcoming fundraising events for major renovations to the growing theatre. Wrote and sent out press releases to customers and prospective attendees.

HOUR Media owns over a hundred publications nationwide. The most popular is HOUR Detroit Magazine, which is the nation's largest regional publication. In my role, I worked alongside top-tier event planners in creating events and brand partnerships for HOUR Media’s various magazine companies. Produced and curated event materials, such as guest lists, run-of-show event sheets, and logistics for sponsorship materials. After events, aided in media outreach.

Through my sorority, leadership opportunities are competitive to receive and partake in, but are very rewarding opportunities professional development.
