Griffin Claw Brewing Company is a local brewing company that takes pride in its employees and gives back to the community. Within my long time at this company, I have developed strengths in hospitality, customer satisfaction, and time management. They have given me many opportunities for growth during my time at the company. 

When I began as a hostess, I managed the floor of the restaurant, helped customers get seated promptly, and worked directly with every customer who came in. 

Now as a server, I waited on a multitude of tables at a time, and guaranteed satisfaction for customers' orders by collaborating effectively with the bar, my managers, and the kitchen staff.
